QNBpay is a convenient alternative to cash and physical card payments. You can top up your wallet by simply transferring from your QNB card to your QNBpay wallet and start making payments across Tunisia. The service is available on both Android and iOS platforms on smartphones. QNBpay is also linked to Tunisia's mobile payment system, making it a faster and more convenient method of payment.
Pre-requisites to use the service
- You need to download the QNBpay from App Store or from Google Play Store or by searching for “QNBT pay”
- You need to have a Tunisian mobile number
- You must be a QNB Tunisia customer with a bank card
Registration
- Download the “QNBT pay” Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Register to the QNBpay using your Tunisian mobile number
- Follow the instructions on the App to create your QNBpay account
- Create your own Person
- aI Identification Number (PIN) to securely access the QNBpay
- Login to your QNBpay using the PIN and SMS one time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number
- You are now ready to transact using QNBpay
QNBpay features
- Transfer funds by simply entering the recipient’s mobile number
- Make payments to merchants by simply scanning a QR code
- Top-up your wallet through your QNB card, or from another wallet
- Check your transaction and balances wherever you are
